APPEAL to the UN Security Council ( Representatives in Europe, Bo
We, Ukrainians living in Germany, support the preservation of peace in Ukraine and the Crimea.
We appeal to the UN Security Council as an independent International Organization.
Recent military actions of the Russian Federation are a clear breach of the Memorandum on Security Assurances, signed 5th December 1994, in Budapest (Ukraine’s access to Agreement of Non-proliferation of nuclear weapons).
These aggressive military actions are threatening Ukraine’s sovereignty and the Crimea.
We appeal to the UN Security Council to urgently consider sanctions which will help preserve the lives of the people of the Crimea and Ukraine.
Subsequently, we are also appealing to countries-signatories of the Budapest Memorandum to perform their assumed international obligations in accordance with international laws.
